End Results: I worked on posture today and let my core do a lot of the work. My legs never got tired!! Actually I felt great at the end! I could feel when I needed to fix my posture or foot strike because my shin started to ache. Once I corrected this, my pain was instantly relieved.
Aches and Pains: My calf muscles seemed to ache...
Breakthroughs: I need to keep working on loosening my lower leg.
Age of Shoes: Need new ones soon. :-)
I didn't think this was going to be a good run since I have been helping Annie paint all week and when I wasn't doing that, I was helping Jason with our house. However, I decided that no matter how tired I felt or what I was doing, I was going to run at least my 2.5 mile loop. I'm very glad I did. :-) I would have run longer, but it was getting dark and I was running alone. I'll have to start earlier tomorrow. :-)

good job...My runs are either a 1 mile run, or I think about 1.5 miles. Still more than I have ever ran before! Its hard to run when it is cold out, so Im hoping once it gets warmer, it will be more enjoyable!
Heard you had a warm weekend... Any running? If not don't stress. You will do just fine :-) When is your race again? I'm thinking of doing on on the 17th and 24th. There is also one in May that I want to do. All 5Ks.
