Sooooooo Tired!

I ran this yesterday, but our internet was out!

My legs felt extremely heavy running.

Here are the reasons I believe I felt so bad:
I got to bed late Sunday Night
I ran an AWESOME 8 miles the day before
I stood all day at school - it has been super busy there lately
I was napping minutes before my run
There are HILLS in my neighborhood, which normally I love, but not on tired legs

My time was not what I wanted, but I can't be too upset. (24 minutes and 57 seconds) The results were not all bad though, my new shoes really are great! No pain!!!!

Average Pace: 8:19 per mile. Still looking for a metronome!
Number of Intervals: 3.03 mile loop around the neighborhood.
End Results: Tired
Aches and Pains: NONE... other than really tired legs.
Breakthroughs: Sometimes, you just got to suck it up and run. I'll probably feel great running today.
Age of Shoes: Brand New!!!!

I signed up for a 5K in Valdosta on March 21st! I'm pretty excited about that! :-)
